Exterior Specialists ("we") collects only the details we need to quote and do your job, and looks after them carefully.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number and email address, the property's suburb or address, what you need done, and any photos or notes you send. If you book a job, we also keep the job details, invoices and before-and-after photos.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, quote, schedule and do the work, send invoices and photo reports, and keep our business records. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Photos of your property

We take before-and-after photos of every job. We only show a property on this website or on social media with the owner's written OK, and we never publish an address.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored with the services we use to run the business, including our website host (Netlify), our email provider (Google) and our accounting software. We share them with the other specialist on our team when your job includes their work, and otherwise only if the law requires it.

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Access and corrections

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by emailing info@exteriorspecialists.com.au.
