Often working on the same properties at the same time, exterior cleaning, makeover and maintenance specialist Blake and landscaping, garden and lawn maintenance expert Steve first realised they both had a passion for delivering exceptional work. They regularly took over jobs where prior trades and services had been, let's say, “lacking”.

Upon realising the common issue of overlapping trades causing poor or inefficient work, plus the headache of multiple accounts and bookings that property owners and managers were experiencing, Blake and Steve started to develop working systems to deliver exceptional, streamlined workflows. They then launched Exterior Specialists to deliver not only work that exceeds what they'd seen and experienced, but that also takes the property management headache away for their clients.

Based in Byron Bay, and with regular visits to Sydney, we are able to service all areas in those regions and beyond.
